Raising wholehearted Catholic families together

We have been married for 10 years and we have 5 beautiful children. One of us is a Cradle Catholic and one is a convert from Protestantism. If you’re seeking practical, faithful ways to pray, play, and grow as a Catholic family, even in the middle of real-life chaos, then our content is for you.

An original song written for our parish’s Vacation Bible School sung by our 5 children.

A tidy, sunlit kitchen table set for family prayer, featuring a wooden rosary coiled neatly beside a small standing icon of the Holy Family painted in rich blues and golds. A folded linen napkin with an embroidered cross rests near a ceramic bowl of fresh fruit. Soft late-afternoon light streams in from the left, casting warm, elongated shadows and a golden glow on the icon’s surface. The background is a gently blurred kitchen with simple, neutral tones. Captured at a slightly elevated angle with photographic realism, the mood is peaceful and orderly, suggesting a Catholic home where daily routines and prayer are harmoniously woven together.

Catholic family life, rooted

Raising Catholics exists to help moms and dads (and Catholics of all walks of life) weave faith into ordinary family life through practical guidance, honest stories, and time-tested Church wisdom, so your home slowly becomes a joyful, resilient little domestic church.

Catholic Resources we Love

A wooden writing desk in a quiet home office, topped with a sleek laptop displaying a blurred webpage about Catholic parenting, next to a worn Catechism of the Catholic Church and a neatly stacked notebook with a fountain pen laid across it. A small, unobtrusive crucifix stands at the far corner of the desk. Soft, diffused daylight from a nearby window illuminates the scene, creating a balanced, even light with minimal shadows. The background shows built-in bookshelves lined with theological books and family photo frames turned away, out of focus. Photographic realism, clean and modern composition, and eye-level framing convey a professional yet prayerful approach to Catholic family ministry and work-life balance.
